TERMS OF SALE

These draft terms are designed for an EU consumer store taking payment through PayPal, with garments printed to order and dispatched by our print partner. Mandatory consumer protections always prevail.

Seller and contract

The legal name, registered address, VAT/tax details, email and any required business registration must be inserted before launch. The purchase contract is formed only when the order is accepted under the final checkout wording.

Products and availability

Every garment is printed to order, so nothing is held in stock. We may cancel and refund an order if a variant becomes unavailable because of a genuine synchronization or supply error.

Price, tax and shipping

Product prices are displayed in EUR and include applicable VAT. Shipping is charged separately and shown before payment. Destination tax treatment is determined through the configured Shopify Markets and tax settings.

Payment and fulfillment

Payments are processed by the providers shown at checkout. After a successful payment, the order is released to our print partner for production, dispatch and tracking. Test mode does not create paid or production orders.

Returns, conformity and liability

The separate Returns policy forms part of these terms. Nothing here excludes statutory conformity rights, withdrawal rights where applicable, or liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
