EU right of withdrawal

Consumers in the European Union generally have 14 days from delivery to notify the seller that they wish to withdraw from an online purchase, subject to legal exceptions. Instructions and a withdrawal form will be provided with the final merchant contact details before launch.

Return condition and costs

Items should be unworn beyond fitting, unwashed and returned with original hangtags intact. Unless an item is defective, damaged or incorrect, the customer may be responsible for the return postage where permitted by law. Any deduction for diminished value will be assessed under applicable consumer law.

Return destination

After authorization, returns are routed to: Fulfillment Center, Adlerstraße 32, 45307 Essen, Germany. Do not send an unannounced return; a case reference may be required for Printegy to identify it.

Defects and incorrect items

Send clear photos and the order number as soon as possible. The seller will arrange the legally appropriate remedy and will not charge the customer for an accepted defect or fulfillment error.

Personalized products

A withdrawal exception may apply only to goods genuinely made to the customer’s individual specifications and only where the law permits it. A standard printed design offered to all customers is not described here as automatically non-returnable.
