SHIPPING

Orders are produced on demand by Printegy in Germany and shipped directly to customers in the European Union.

Production

The typical production estimate for the BY102 Oversize T-Shirt is approximately two business days. Peak periods, artwork checks or supply issues may add time.

Shipping charge

Shipping is paid separately by the customer. The final amount, including any destination taxes, is shown before payment. We do not advertise a fixed consumer shipping price until Shopify Markets and tax settings are active.

Delivery and tracking

Available services and estimates depend on destination. Once the print partner marks an order as shipped and returns a carrier tracking link, we send the dispatch notification automatically. Tracking may take several hours to update after the first carrier scan.

Address problems

Contact the store immediately if an address is wrong. Changes are not guaranteed after production or fulfillment has started.
